Dear Elizabeth,

In my daily stroll from here to here, literally everywhere

is a relief stop. My 'motto' is " let come what comes, let go what

goes, " and it has served well and continues to serve well.

Life is 'living me'. I have simply stopped fighting the puppet

strings (which only creates suffering for myself and those around me).

I still recall fondly the teachings of Nisargadatta. His words are

true and essential, and I never hesitate to recommend his writings,

particularly " I Am That. "

Having concluded that all seeking is foolish (spiritual or worldly),

I've found that simply remaining still as Beingness -- what is, is.

I have no particular need or desire for anything beyond what is,

because there is nothing but 'that which is.'

I claim no 'realization,' no 'enlightenment' and no final knowledge.

Life is a process (not to be confused with 'progress'), and this

body/mind is only a part of that process. It IS that process. There

is ceaseless change, motion, movement without meaning or purpose.

Beyond this, I don't generally waste words on what can't be spoken

about, where (as Nisargadatta put it) " words turn back upon

themselves in utter negation. "

Just a tree in the forest,

Tim (Omkara)
