Leaf, Clinging to happiness causes as much suffering as avoiding pain. Your moods of happiness and anger come and go. Allow them to happen without feeling you have to act on them. Can you do that and feel a kind of peaceful control within yourself? Just allowing anger to arise as yet another form of energy may dissipate it. If it doesn't, you may have to reflect on the causes of your anger in order to deal with it realistically. Do you have people you can talk to for another perspective?
