Guest guest
Hi Everyone, Just wanted to say hello. Nice to see that realization.org has its own mailing list. Just to start, I'd like to post a certain " non-meditative " technique that nobody invented :-)... actually, it's quite similar to Zazen, except for the (lack of) motive for " doing " it. Hope you enjoy it. With Love, Tim No-meditation ------------- A non-technique for accomplishing nothing. --------- Note - No-meditation is always done for no reason, and for no planned period of time. There is no specific time of day to no-meditate, it just happens whenever. There is no particular physical position needed, whatever is comfortable. There is no effort involved in it. To no-meditate, take up a comfortable position, And just sit there. Do not take a position of watching thought, just sit there. Do not visualize anything, just sit there. Do not try to think about anything, or not think about anything. just sit there. Do not try to get in touch with awareness; you are that already. just sit there. Do not try to gain anything or lose anything. just sit there. Do not take any stance. just sit there. Do not reinforce anything. just sit there. Do not negate anything. just sit there. Do not try anything. just sit there. Do not expect anything, just sit there. Do not do anything. just sit there. Just sit there, until sitting there is over, or not over. That's all there is to no-meditation. There is no reason to do it, And no reason not to do it. You will gain nothing from it. You will lose nothing from it. You will accomplish nothing from it. ----- Sum Ergo Sum Visit " The Core " Website at http://coresite.cjb.net - Music, Poetry, Writings on Nondual Spiritual Topics.
