Ft and they have asked for INR 6600/- Per Sq. Ft. It is estimated that INR 600/- Per Sq. Ft will be required for Re-furnishing the whole building. This has resulted in reduction of Price from INR 7750/- Per Sq. Ft to INR 7250/- Per Sq. Ft. Kindly review the revised presentation and let me know how you want to move forward. I have also asked the owners to vacate the Bank and give it to us, he exploring the possibility for the same. Kindly review the attached and let me know if you need any clarification.
