Dear gurudevs

 

While reading Narayaneeyam I came across a bhajanam called "Payovratham" which when followed by Aditi wife of Kasyapa rishi. When Aditi performed this vratha Sri MahaVishnu Himself appeared before her and gave blessing that He Himself will be born as her son. That was Sri Vamana Avatharam.

 

I would like to know more about "Payovratham" . Can someone in the group explain please.
