Within you, the total integration takes place when you dedicate yourself to your

improvement. First hand you have to spend more time to improve. You dont need to

show me your progress, neither demonstrate it to anyone else : it is between you

and yourself that it is happening. You will have to work hard in order to purify

yourself.

 

It is easy to live with all our chakras dirty, but it is easier and more

profitable to live with clean chakras. And this comes from your sincerity.

 

The first condition is a total sincerity. Are we sincere toward ourselves ?

 

Sometimes it is not well understood . People believe that to be sincere you have

to negate Sahaja Yoga. Sahaja Yoga is the Union between you and God and

sincerity must be absolute. Any lack of sincerity that filters within you will

act against you and will cause you great problems.

 

Know that even your Mother is sincere towards you and that you have to be

sincere towards you. Then only you will start to enjoy Sahaja Yoga. It is very

important to create integration within you.

 

If sincerity guides you, it comes from your heart. And if that comes from your

heart, averything, your body, your mental, your intelligence, everything will

work to satisfy the heart.

 

But if this doesnt come from the heart, it will be like an " ersatz " , So you have

to try to feel with your heart: This is sincerity. Do not depend on anyone,

husband, wife, children, father, mother. Do not depend on nothing : It is your

private property.

 

Work in the direction of complete integration, and the force toward total

integration is sincerity. You will see that through sincerity, the integration

takes place automaticaly.
