Yes, you may keep your attention on the Sahasrara where She resides.

Do NOT visualize as it will lead to all types of problems. Just put

your attention within. After some practise you will settle down.

If you are having problems with the Mooladhara Chakra then it is

advisable to meditate on Shri Ganesha too. It will also help the

Kundalini to rise and vibrations to flow. Normally i always recite

His mantras before meditation. i do not think that Shri Mataji meant

that we meditate on Shri Ganesha all the time.

Actually there are no hard and fast rules other than the need to

meditate twice a day. Just follow what makes you most comfortable

through trial and error. In the end it is quality not the quantity

of meditation and mantras that count. But if quantity helps to

improve quality and establish the thoughtless state just go ahead.

Eventually you will have to determine what is best for you.

Dear Kyyan,

i forgot to mention about the Adi Shakti telling us to meditate on

Her Lotus Feet. This is for beginners who need to focus their

attention on something. As you progress you can transcend this

mental visualization.

Please do not feel that you need to know much about meditation. The

main and most difficult aspect is attaining the thoughtless state by

expanding the Silence between two thoughts. If you are able to grasp

and master this then in one month you can advance in leaps and

bounds, soon easily surpassing even yogis of the 80s and 90s.

But it is impossible to be thoughtless for an hour and that is not

what is meant by being thoughtless. Even a minute or two of Silence

repeated often will greatly nourish your spiritual growth. In that

state you can/will attain far more growth than any book or speech.

So please do not be too concerned about correct proceedures,

rituals, catches or treatments. Too much attention only distracts

and disturbs your mind, and the Silence remains as elusive as ever.

Why do you think Shri Mataji could not even have five SYs as a

birthday gift?

Jai Shri Mataji,
