Guest guest Posted March 4, 2009 Report Share Posted March 4, 2009 Namaste Some time back I read in a news paper that some folks in Modasa, Gujarat have organised on a grand scale Chandi Homams and the acitvity is going to go on for some years atleast. They have invited pandits and purohits from all parts of india and daily are doing some homans. May be people close to the region can report more accurate news and the logic behind conducting Candi Paath Homams on this grand scale. It is on a very grand scale. A few years ago I believe the Present Spiritual Head of Saacha Baba Ashram in Hrishikesh or Hardware conducted for many months Candi Paath Homams. Still if you say, I will make a visit and ensure this. Please check the divyabhasker newspaper for june 4 2008 and the organiser is dayabhai patel in meldi mandir near ramosana. They will recite 1 crore times and do homam for 10 lakh times something like that. It may be worth going for a darshan to this place as they are close to completion, as if done properly the energy will be fantastic My bad about modasa instead it is near mehsana. I am not familiar with these areas much so pardon my ignorance.
