Guest guest Posted December 31, 2009 Report Share Posted December 31, 2009 dear friends i joined a yoga class few months before where they taught me simple breathing exercises(pranayama).by doing this i can realise some inner changes. but my physical body is very weak. i want to develop my physical body also. is it advisable to do pranayamas after going to gym in morning. will it there be any side effects. Vijayji, I dont think so. Just remember to be relaxed when starting Pranayam. To develop your body, you can also do Hatha Yoga- at least an hour everyday. That will also develop your body, more evenly then gym. Some Hatha Yoga poses require a lot of strength- they look easy, but are not.
