Symptoms of kundalini awakening

Question : What are the symptoms, feature of a person whose kundalini has

awakened

Ans : First you must remember that kundalini awakening is not the final aim...

nor is it end of sadhna. Awakening is very common among sadhakas, and some may

have awakened kundalini due to last birth's karma.

 

Kundalini awakening is one thing and it rising above is second and then reaching

the sahasradhar is final (not final as per tantra).

 

However if you

 

=>suddenly wake up in the early mornings and find your self fresh, happy and

untired without any reason...

 

=> you think of a friend and suddenly his phone comes or he comes

 

=> your sleeping hours get reduced

 

=> your eating habits suddenly changed

 

=> you found (may be to your grief) that good old friends and relatives...

suddenly become yr enemy and /or some new person enter your life giving you new

wisdom or soothing you

 

=> you cry or laugh or dance during your meditation or during talking about god

 

=> your visits to toilet are decereased.

 

=> your sex, anger and depression looks like out of control sometimes without

any reason

 

=> when you read a new scriputre or a philosophy, you feel you knew it already

 

=> you see lot of dreams about gods, temples, himalayas or rishis.

 

=> you find unexplained scratch marks over body, you suddenly get bad stomach or

fever or skin rashes, without any reason...and these symptoms vanishing quickly

without medicines

=> your voice becomes changed, respiration speed lesser, eyes deep and smiling,

face look peaceful.

 

... then you can say your kundalini has awakened. although many of these symptom

may appear in many.. but arrival of all of them that too suddenly and with

intensity means the kundalini has awakened and is ready to move.

 

and remember it is always we,who first know that kundalini has awakened.. other

may not notice it, as there is no outwardly sign in the beginning.. a person may

look like an ordinary mortal, but very deep inside.

 

Only those for whom the Kundalini has reached Muladhara and above, the external

symptoms like glow on face, strong aura, blessing eyes etc... can be observed.

 

If god does not want, or we do not make further efforts.. the kundalini may

again go for sleeping and next times needs double the efforts to wake up
