That probleb related with sadhak problem. It happened third time in 3 years with the little bit more difficult form. I want to share more with this time that this problem happened due to (i) bearing of intense heat (ii) following the wrong method of meditation, actually, no method of meditation is wrong but that technique was wrong for me, i realized now (iii) Less sleep and more fatique to the body. Please God help me this time too. But see the mercy and Love of the God each time He helped me through any means eg with the this site too, and He removed my vikars. Once again thanks to all shadhakas of this forum. This time too if someone has corrective measure, please help me. Dear Jitinder, I think you might have done some kundalini exercises, which released extra energy in your system which has disturbed your body system specially the Jathara Agni is disturbed. First you get your self thoroughly medically checked, specially your liver...if nothing is wrong then .. Do some pranayama which extinguishes the extra agni in the system. One such good pranayama is Sitli pranayama and anulom-pratilom. Also chant daily Mahamrityunjaya mantra and i am sure this will help you. Actually i am not doing any specific exercise since long. i had gone to Mathura -Brindawan and stayed there 4-5 days. After joining the office when at first lunch what i noticed that it is not acceptable. On tuesday i do remain fasting and after that the whole weak i was based upon the fruits only. Fruits too initially were not acceptable to my body system, but system has accepted. i have tried milk in the morning and it is worked yet. till now there is no problem. Though i do not have any problem with any part. In fact i have learned a lot from this site. Now a days, i do not know why Lord is making me busy in office work. Also i am learner, perhaps it will take time to write something confidently. But this site is very good for Sadhana. I have joined Brahma Kumari since last one year almostly. And i have upgraded myself a lot. Their main concentration is at Jeevan Mukti. The cycle of the universe is for 5000years and during that time you will take 84 times birth. And in the last birth, which is of present time or the time at the end of the age Kali, you will AGAIN get the powers of God to enter into the cycle of universe of 5000yrs. It is very difficult to classify the types of enjoyment for which we do Sadhana. During last vist at Mathura, i met with a boy who is from Hare Krishna group. he asked me , what do want to acheive in your life. or what is your Aim. Lastly after some thinking i said i want to be the greatest servent of the God. Could you please share something that How many kinds of enjoyment you have experienced.AND what is your Aim, my dear Sadhakas. AND WHAT KIND OF ENJOYMENT WOULD YOU EXPERIENCE FROM THAT AIM. I love this concept although I am not sure as to how they conclude that Krishna is the only supreme godhead. All along, it was a practice to go to a temple to pray for some wishes to be fulfilled or to thank for a fulfilled wish. I was very upset with this sort of trading with the god. ISKCON provided me with the answer. Although I have many more doubts, I am happy that one main doubt is resolved. Coming to the types of enjoyment, I think it depends upon your mental state. It is sometimes said that the best enjoyment is when you get the chance to answer a nature call after having suppressed it for a long time (joke). It could be satiating one's hunger. It could be getting name and fame. Or money and power. Again, ISKCON made me to understand that this human life is the best opportunity of going back to home - back to godhead - as an eternal servant of the Lord, because what ever may be our position, old age, disease and death are inevitable in this material world. But, as it is said in the Geetha, very few people make an effort to know the truth and very few of them succeed. So we need to be very fortunate to be with the Lord even as a servant. I think none of us could prove (in a way that our limited senses can perceive it) the existence of God. If we are a drop of water from an ocean, He is the ocean itself. Quantitatively we are very small but qualitatively we are the same. Once the one starts to take back power behind it, the further self-programming, the self- manifestation stops. And when one uses the power of god to retrun back to godness he experince the liberation. Then he becomes god. We are gods within because we have god within.Hence it is possible to us to merge into universal consciousness. Guest guest Posted October 3, 2009 Report Share Posted October 3, 2009 jai gurudev dear friend, u do not know vedic adwaith philsophy that is why u say these words. who created us ?? lord=mother nature evoled us from 1 celled organisms to what we r today. this is real scientific fact,and proven and proof is in our genes and dna. who gave us these faults ??? we did not do it ourself,these r from lord=mother nature himself. karma destiny bhagya etc all is lord,and none but lord. so what perfection and inperfection is in us,is due to lord being in us. lord=mother nature is the panch tatva and also,the atma. pls read srimad devi bhagwat puran,tripura rahasya,sridevi atharvasheesh,etc. it is not necessary to die to get salvation,we can become jeevanmukta get salvation when alive. u r making yr own limitation while truth is there is no limitation to anything. we r lord=mother nature,and he is us. when we establish this truth ekya into us,we r him and he is us. if there is any imperfection it is his doing,not ours,bcoz we r him. this is real surrender-atma samarpan to him. amha-brahmasmi---soham-hamsaha...maybe this has no meaning for u. but fact remains when we surrender to lord,we r him and he is us, and we accept the fact that he is maya and also mayapati. so forget the difference between atma and parmatma and establish the truth that atma is a indivisible part of parmatma,and we r no different from him. lord is sat-chit-anand,there is no place for doubt or anything when we really surrender to lord=mother nature. om shakti gopal On 10/2/09, semiliterates <no_reply > wrote: > > I understand that ISKCON also states the same but the difference is the > quantum.
