Meiosis is the Fertilization which occurs when sperm enters the egg. More to the

point, Meiosis is when male DNA mixes with female DNA, thus Conceiving a New

Genome, which is half male and half female. Like the Biblical Book of

Revelations states: " I give you a white Stone (purified body) with a New Name

(New Genome or DNA Genetic Code) on it. " : no longer Sita and Ram but " SitaRam " .

 

In the Sexual Union which causes Meiosis or Sexually-Induced Cell Replication,

genetic characteristics are a combination of the chromosomes and genes of the

mother and the father. Therefore, Androgyny, when not applied to a small child,

but to a grown adult, indicates the New Genome of the Newly-Conceived or

recently " Born Again of water and Spirit " , as Jesus called it.

 

Androgyny is the " Secret Doctrine " about all those truly " Born Again of water

and Spirit " . In the Hindu Puranas, we have stories of Siva in his Androgynous

incarnation as Ardhanarishwar. " Om " simply means the Union of man and woman in a

Hermetic or Tantric Way. Greek mythology has the Androgynous hero, Androgeus,

from which the word

Also Hermaphrodite - a child which was born when Hermes and Aphrodite joined in

water. The Nag Hammadi Gospels of Thomas and Philip often repeat this same

concept of what we Hindus call Triveni or Shushumna -when two " nadis " or rivers

join as one, causing the " Dwij " of the

" Twice Born Brahmin " priests. The same Oja Dhatu or Genetic Code will be shared
