Guest guest
1. what is the way or the process which you have experienced during sadhna, by means of which, one can transcend the Gunas ie sat, raj and tam. === transcendency fundamentally based on mental status of the sadhak. Its change of habit of mind. Its transfer of charge from mind to intelect. Transcendance transfers ruling power of mind to ruling power of viveka (the spiritual intellect). There is only way to observe mind, either by keeping it occupied it with chanting, bhajans etc or making it effortless by taking control on thoughts, which motivate the mind. I think meditation is good for philosophical people. Bhajans are good for emotional ,bhakta people.both ways can be mixed and tried as per choice also.. 2. Is that process for transcending the gunas is fixed for everyone or it may differ from person to person. == every person is unique product of supreme god. Everybody has own way.. 3. is it correct to say that " bringing satvic guna in one's nature is the way to transcend the tamo guna " . If not than what is it. == gunas are always present. intellect has the choice to prefer which thought should be given preference. At one time only one guna can work.Hence chosen guna will represent the activity of the person. 4. What is the difference between " gunas in transcend form " and " Nirguna. == Nirguna is beyod all the three gunas. No guna means no form. its " nothingness with nothingness " lets others to enlight on the subject. Nirguna Now surf faster and smarter !
