Satishji, for me its learning to relax & forgive, & let life flow

through me, rather than trying to control it all time.

Shantnuji came with a good answer. Let me also come closest to the correct

answer to " a question on questions "

Please observe the Republic Day parade . Soldiers march step by step in a line

in three columns in perfect synchrony with the brass band. None of the soldiers

can think of anything else than " marching " . The secret is 1)1000 rehearsals

2)perfectly similar uniform worn by all and 3)platoon drill IE each soldier

marching with full acknowledgment of other soldiers` movements

In SADHANA  also we get better with 1)practice,2)perfect dress sense which

includes bodily and mental health  and in good company called SATHSANG

I would try to answer this first in a purely worldly way first. I read

early in life that one should go up all the time. As a young

entrepreneur in the 90s (I'm 45 and still consider me young) I assumed

it to be my bank balance, order position, good will in the market etc.

Post 40, I think it is the level of good thoughts which has to

accumulate. Ultimately , they also have to go. But, sattva is the sword

to root out the other two. So, PRESENTLY, the accrual of good is my

predominant line. As I am not meditating for sometime due to unwanted

aggravations, I simply keep to Gita study, bhajans, and chanting slokas

AND , most important , remembering my Krishna to keep the tempo going.
