Guest guest Posted November 6, 2008 Report Share Posted November 6, 2008 My aim is self realization and i think life is a waste without spiritual progress.I already started doing yoga sadhana which includes asana pranayama and dhyana.but i cant do it continously due to practical problems. can anyone tell me how to do it continously. Also tell me a PRANAYAMA TECHNIQUE which i can follow for long time. the pranayama which i am doing now is alternate nostril breathing i.e taking in air through left nostril holding it for sometime and then releasing it through right and doing the same process by drawing air through right nostril. if this is okay or i should follow anyother pranayama technique. if yes please tell me what i should do.
