Guest guest
OMNAMONARAYANAYA Dear Sri Vijaykesavelu , Toxin literally means a poison. Anything that is unacceptable to the body or rejected by the body is expelled through breathing out (carbon di oxide),running nose (infections allergens), sputum ,phlegm, urine, stool, menstrual flow, and of course the sweat. These " excretions " are natural and protect the body from toxins (poisons) that get accumulated through breathing polluted air containing dust and germs, eating or drinking unnatural and excessive food or drink ,accumulated blood clots and hormones during women` cycle etc. Human body accepts and functions optimally only when each ingredient of various organic chemicals and bio chemicals stay at a fixed quantity. For example if too much carbohydrate or starch is eaten the extra IE more than 180 milligrams per deciliter of blood serum comes out in urine . The same way nitrogen, fats, acids and other bio chemicals come out. LIVER is the organ that facilitates these bio chemical reactions. Sweat is constantly secreted by the skin to get excess salt and water through the SKIN. Taking bath immediately after meditation or practicing Pranayama etc is not prohibited but an authentic advice is given by a competent Guru that is only to help the skin to remain warm and to keep body gases like oxygen carbon di oxide and nitrogen CONSTANT as required by the body ijswamy ~SWAMY http://gjnanaswarup.spaces.live.com/blog/
Guest guest
Dear Vijayji, A gap after any exercise or meditation will help bring back the physical state (blood circulation, temperature, etc...back to normal). What should be that duration may differ from individual to individual...anyway, usually my erratic Sales profession doesn't allow such relaxations to me :-) but there is something funny that happened yesterday, so am sharing it..... I went for eye testing and as usual the optometrist asked me to place my chin on the support and look into the lens of the eye testing m/c. Its a routine thing...am sure we all know it. Somehow, as the optometrist kept adjusting the lens, I did not see the blur 'yellow spot' getting Clear which always happens. The same thing repeated for both the eyes. The optometrist had my old prescription... referring to that he looked puzzled and asked me, " Have been in front of the computer for a long time today or are you coming after a prolonged work of concentration? " . I got a bit uneasy and hesitantly replied something....which meant both Yes and No :-)......trying not to disclose him that I actually have just stepped out of Meditation. Anyway....I got the point and after little bit of clever tackling, I realized that my eyesight has temporarily blurred and will come back to normalcy after some gap. So, bathing I cannot say...but must take a gap before eye testing after Meditation :-D AMEN.
