Guest guest
Dear friends everybody knows to get progress in spiritual life a guru is very essential. My question is a guru who left His body can direct a disciple or only a guru living in present life can direct a disciple.

If you are serious about Sadhna, the whole world will become your Guru. That said, some techniques of Sadhna can best be learnt from someone who has practiced them. It doesnt have to be a renunciate Swami, anyone who has practiced techniques & is willing to teach you becomes a Guru. So keep practicing, learning from whoever you can. If God thinks you need a living Guru, He will send one. with love Shantnu
