Guest guest
Sadhana is a Sanskrit term for " a means of accomplishing something " or more specifically " spiritual practice " . It includes a variety of disciplines from Hindu traditions that are followed in order to achieve various spiritual or ritual objectives Dipti

That which brings us closer to the Spirit, the Existence, the One Truth, is Sadhna. It maybe done by fighting terrorists or protesting peacefully, helping society or living in the jungles, by marrying or staying celibate. The means do not matter, as long as we reach closer to the Spirit. Nor do our actions matter. As we have said previously, it is not actions but the conciousness they are done in that matters. That which takes me from Untruth to Truth, from Death to Immortailty, from Darkness to Light, is Sadhna. with love Shantnu
