Respected Members,

I got few comments on my site from a foreigner family and they

showed their love towards lord shiva. They have also shown the sadness of not

being Hindu. I hope Lord Shiva can be prayed by any person from any religion.

Please suggest your valuable comments about what should I reply to

them.

" allthough we can never be true hindus "

The Mind always " wants " to be " something " ......hindu, upper caste, renunciate,

bhakta, siddha, entrepreneur, independent, free, healthy, wealthy......its

endless.

And LORD SHIVA teaches a simple thing - TO BE.....JUST TO BE. Thats why he sits

in deep meditation wearing rags of animal skin....depicting that all animal

instincts been killed and the skin (analogy to human body) merely used as a

simple garb....HE lives in the cremation ground with no possessions, no

belongings, yet capable of giving Everything......HE has no friends and lives

among spirits and bodyless yonis..........yet is Content............under such

seemingly adverse circumstances HE is a in Total Peace......and a Householder

too :-)

We all know that....just I put it in words to remind myself :-D

This pious non-indian family already seem to be a True Hindu :-))

OM NAMO NARAYANAYA

And then venerable Guru Sadhaks, and peer sadhaks ,

Shiva the Lord who owns everything and can give everything  sits on a COOL

mountain. He has COOL LIFE GIVING  Ganga on His head, COOL  perennial water that

is. To remove any heat (things like anger hatred lust greed etc) Shiva half

swallowed deadly poison.( He did not leave it outside  keeping us safe and did

not swallow to become hot Himself) it.He kept  COOL  moon on His head. Hot

poisonous snakes just adorn his neck  removing any danger of any evil from us.He

covers Himself with medicinal Ash .

Shiva is also Bhola (just ask Him and He will give us a boon )

OM NAMAH SHIVAYA

your co sadhak

There's an interesting legend about Krakow, which is that many moons

ago Lord Shiva threw seven magic stones towards seven parts of the

world, one of which landed in Krakow, in the Wawel Castle. The places

that had been hit were instantly imbued with the God's energy, and

remain so to this day. The seven places, known as the world's chakras,

are: Delhi, Delphi, Jerusalem, Krakow, Mecca, Rome and Velehrad. You

may dismiss this as hippy nonsense but apparently all sorts of

dowsings, tests and divining has been done here and numerous studies

published and they all seem to confirm there is something a little bit

magic about this place.....
