But once you accept that you have a problem, thats 50% solved. There are many ways to defeat them- from bodily(chaning diet via Ayurveda, & Hatha Yoga Asans), to Pranic(Pranayams) to mental (meditation). Maybe our other advanced Sadhaks will write about these. I too will write something later. For the time being- the short answer is that these problems will only go away with time, effort & an infinite trust in God. I am not a senior sadhak to teach you but I have overcome anger etc. Yoga ,Meditation, Pranayama,Prayer,and Sadhana will be of immense help. Let me simplify the medical and psychological basis of these methods. Shavasana is the first Asana in yoga .In this & nbsp; I used to lie down on a comfortable bed in supine posture and suggest to my skeletal muscles from foot to head & nbsp; " deeply relax " .My feet,ankles,calf muscles thigh muscles ,(on both sides),my hand muscles,forearm upper arm muscles shoulder muscles (on both sides)are suggested to " deeply relax " .(Done best initially in a silent room.) My abdominal muscles,back muscles neck muscles,and head muscles are suggested " deep relaxation " next. When & nbsp;I get & nbsp;angry the following bodily changes occur. My eyes are widened,my breathing increases,my firsts get clenched,my muscles get tense and I sweat a lot. In Sadhana I do the converse.I slowly close my eyes and relax all my muscles.This relaxation reduces Adrenalin secretion and removes anger. Next Pranayama- Deep breathing and slow(very slow) & nbsp;exhaling works like magic.This increases Oxygen intake to purify the blood. Meditation -is Asana and and Pranayama( & nbsp;chanting a Mantra) simultaneouly. Mantra is our choice .Brief like AUM & nbsp; or & nbsp;Panchakshari,Ashtakshari & nbsp; or GAYATRI. Prayer is the recognition of the SUPREME. Prayer removes ego and removes anger. & nbsp; Please try these. In my case they worked and worked fast. After 1976 I never got angry.
