Pranams to all Sadhaks.

This post is very interesting.

Stem cell is " totipotent " ie capable of becoming any cell after

differentiation. It can become a Red cell , Brain cell ,Kidney cell etc.

Provided the stem cell, the path it takes are appropriately adjusted or

arranged.

Prana = can be modified, rearranged, altered, improved or rejuvinated by a

type of Sadhana

Apana=Same possible changes

Vyana=Same

Udana =Same

In essence Sadhana should be done by Sadhak with an objective or target to get

perfect results.

This also means that Sadhak always depends upon his/her innate nature while

meditating to achieve a goal.
