Guest guest
Namaste everyone, As well as hearing sounds, I also see lights during sadhna too, especially between eye brows I sometimes see a white light. Does this mean my temporal lobe is also damaged? Thanks S Kumar

Kumarji, that light is the 3rd eye, or Agya chakra, & seeing it is a very good sign. Scientific people, who dont accept the subtle world and bodies, try to explain away supra-physical experiences through forced logical reasoning. But people who have had no spiritual experience are in no position to force the laws of gross world on the subtle world, which follows its own rules & logic. So continue your Sadhna, & dont worry what normal people think. love Shantnu
Guest guest
Also sometimes we do experience a slight burning sensation between the eyes..especially when you do sadhana with more concentrations..but this feeling goes off when you open your eyes..not sure if anyone has had experienced this ...Shantanu would you also like to comment on this as well.. > Kumarji, that light is the 3rd eye, or Agya chakra, & seeing it is a very good sign. Sometimes, our subtle body draws Pran to open the chakras if there is a big blockage. When this pran works, it burns away negativity, which is felt as heat, also as pounding(or like some worm or bee is stuck in forehead & is trying to come out). The thing to do is to be neutral- neither get worried or too excited, as both of these will stop the working. By remaining calm & unattached, the process is greatly speeded up. love Shantnu
