what is the basis of the division of the God's Lord Brahma, Lord

Visnu ,Lord Mahesh

 

it is ok that Lord Brahma are responsible for creation ,.......

 

my question is that they are for karmas only like

creation ,protection ,destroyer ..... or something else too . if yes

then please enlighten what are other things associated with these Lords
