Dear Shantanuji,

Namaste!

Just a small technical correction. Vali did not incarnate as

fisherman but as a hunter. His name was Zara (technically Zara

means old age) and he killed Lord Krishna who was resting in

the forest with his leg raised and was twiddling his toe.

Zara mistook that twiddling of the toe as an animal and shot

an arrow and killed Lord Krishna with it. Poetic justice.

Pandit Gopi Krishna in one of his book on kundalini refers this

incident symbolically as Zara means old age and krishna died

due to arrow shot by Zara meaning OLD AGE.

With warm wishes,

Sudhakar

HARI OM TAT SAT! Cheers! :o)
