Siddhis come in the way as by-products, and if i may be permitted to say, siddhis are deterrents on the true path. These siddhis most of the time divert sadhak from the path. Secondly, as in the material world, this is only mother who introduces the child to its father, the same in spiritual path also. By pleasing Shakti, the Mother, we can know the Father. And only after knowing this, we can try to please the Father (Brahm). Jai Gurudev

Guest guest
> will you tell which Devi is for siddhis and which should be > worshipped for Mokshya? All Devis can give both Siddhis & Moksha, this is the reason why Tantra fell into disrepute. Especially the main Devis of Tantra- the 10 Mahavidyas, are worshipped by 90% people for just siddhis. Even normal Devis are worshipped for what they can give. Like most people worship Luxmi only for wealth, when she can give Moksha too. Since Devis represent the Mother, she gives her children whatever they want. Even they want wealth, power, thats what she will give. It depends mainly on Sadhak. The Devi fulfils your innermost desires. If outside you pretend to be Brahm Gyani, but inside you want Siddhis to kill your neighbour, Devi will give you that. If you have supresses sex desires, Devi will fulfil those 1st by sending Apsaraas. This is difference b/w worshipping some Nirguna Brahm, or faraway God that lives in heaven, who wont care about our desires, & worshipping Devi, who lives with us & knows us intimately, like our Mother. People blame the Devi( & Maya), but its not Devis fault. Rishi Vishwamitr fell to Apsaraas charm just as he was about to become Bramha Rishi. Obviously his hidden desires surfaced. If he had been a Devi worshipper, she wouldnt have allowed him to get to such an advanced stage without 1st clearing his vrittis. So as long as we are honest, Devi will give us Moksha. Jai Chandi Ma! I mean that how can she give anything that will not be good for her child? Her children are always full of vices but still she teaches them what is best for them and fulfills only that wishes which will be good for them..How come through worship they get such things with which they kill others? Guest guest
> If you generate Shakti/power of Tapas, you are free to use that power > for anything you desire. The Mother doesnt interfere with our free > will to make our own destiny. If we want to joing demonic forces, Devi > wont lecture us like a schoolteacher. LOL thats true.God gives what is asked, never interferes with ur will, gives a lot of freedom to make choices and lets us bear results but I have noticed God many times does teach in some way or the other what is good and what isnt.He often denies less significant things and doesnt grant what you wish but instead gives you a lot better.God knows the best. Thanks for explaining
