I agree what you meant here. I sometimes without knowing may missuse

the power knowing that i am doing right. I realised it. Later i am

trying not to do that mistakes. When i read yours, i atonce asked

shiva, to guide and control me in the right path. I left my body so

heavy atonce and i was back to normal in a minit.Why is this

happened?

My question is why i felt my body so heavy? what is happening? Please

Sarvamaathaji, sorry I didnt answer question- I didnt understand what

you meant by heavy. Ive re-read it, & this is what I think.

 

 

I think this is same thing felt by many Sadhaks, like their body

flying in air, or becoming big. Now they dont actually become big or

fly, but their subtle body does, which they feel .

 

I think your astral body too tried to leave physical body, but because

of Tamoguna, couldnt, so it felt very heavy, like its tied down.

 

But inspite of this, its a good sign, as it means your astral body is

trying to break free. If you continue Sadhna, you should get feelings

of flying in air, floating on sea etc, which are very relaxing & bring

lot of peace to mind.

Dear Shanji,

 

Namaskaram, Thank you for your beautifull explanation shanji. Actually

it cleared so many questions which i had kept in mind. I just felt my

body so heavy, It doesn't mean i have put on weight. Just for a second

i felt the heavyness and was back to normal in a mint. Don't worry

shanji as you could not understand the question. Mostly i never know

how to ask a question what i exactly wanted to ask. Atually i thought

you didn;t see my question. That's why i asked Aum.So nothing to worry

about. Thank you shanji.
