It is said, PLANETS IMPEL YOU TO DO SOMETHING BUT DO NOT COMPEL so ultimately it is in your hands to nullify that karma as Aum Baba nicely explained to my query if you are destined it will take place even after many births but one can neutralise it by forgiveness. Many justify their weakness, it is in destiny i cannot help it, they say. Remember you can definitely nullify it by strong will power and surrender to the Almighty. Regards Sudhakar HARI OM TAT SAT! Yes, in a way it is. It is our destiny to blindly stumble through our life, suffering/being rewarded for our Karma. Our good & bad actions are usually blind & mechanical. The Gods in charge of our destiny really enjoy themselves playing with us. Thats why they dont want us to become enlightened. Our scriptures say we are like sheep & other animals- they sacrifice us & enjoy us the way we enjoy animals. But we can choose not to be a plaything, blindly following our destiny to commit sins/virtues. We can use our Vivek/Buddhi to guide our actions. love Shantnu
Guest guest
Humble Obeisances! Here I remembered a Gita Shloka stated by Arjuna 6/34. He Says Bhagavan, the mind is very unsteady, turbulent, tenacious and powerful, therefore it is difficult to control it as it is quite impossible to control wind. Because of unsteadiness, one can not concentrate on any particular action for long time and mind is always alured by other attractions hence while doing sinful activities, intellect cannot judge immediately its graveness as proper signals are not passed by the mind. After finishing or completing the activity, one strikes suddenly that it was sinful and repents. but the effect is inevitable and sure to be faced. , " i_free_spirit " <i_free_spirit wrote: > have in future. Guest guest
RAM RAM thanks to all for sharing their knowledge about the sins and destiny. i think the God is not the sinner as we do by eating the meat of the animals. because the God always tells us the right path , but it is we who choose the wrong one for our own enjoyment .secondaly sir ji God wants our enlightenment ,it is we who do not want to be with the God , due to our own Lordship. Sir ji your last statement is very nice that we should use our intellect to do the things. If there is a sin, it could be " consciously not going on the path of Truth " . so we should consciously ignore those " Sins " ...and we always have a free will to chose the correct path, although sometimes our environments and our karma force us to chose the wrong path, but with will power and sadhna we can push forth our will Aum
