Sadhna is the process where we consciously take part in this progress. so sadhna means going towards perfection with practice. This practice may be through Bhakti, Gyan, karma, Yoga or Tantra. Also Sadhna is not just sitting in the meditation room for 1 or 2 hours and continue working as an ordinary man in day to day life. The spiritual advancement must be used in day to day dealings. Sadhna is not a miracle that all of a sudden, one become enlightened.... it is a slow process which is spread in many lives...but with proper way we can make this progress faster and reach the goal soon. For example, if you burn a candle daily at fixed time at fixed place...it is not sadhna...but the moment you desire that i will light a candle daily, to bring light into my spiritual life...Then it becomes sadhna. Either of the three missing, the act does not remain a sadhna. Aum
