Dear Aum,

 

while doing this yoga nidra, is we go into deep sleep and did not get

up, is that you mean that as samadhi?

Dear Sarvmatha,

 

in the beginning the yoga nidra will turn into sleep and

that is not samadhi. But this sleep will be certainly better than

normal sleep... more refreshing and more energising.

 

The first sign will be that you will start waking up in dreams.

You would be watching a dream and suddenly you would remember Oh I

am watching a dream... and then you would control the dream.

 

In later stages, you would feel that whole night you are doing

mantra and not slept...where you would be in deep sleep and your

anthakarna doing the mantra.

 

Tam-guna brings deep sleep...Sat-guna brings samadhi, other

conditions being same

shiva shakti means... while inhaling speak Shiva mentally and

while exhaling speak shakti mentally... not to speak aloud just in

mind.
