Guest guest
Dear Sadakas Pranam I am really enjoying the discussion that happens in our Group. I sincerely acknowledge and wonder our babaji answers which is of highest genre and erudition and experience. Request our group sadakas to clarify the following Our nature of the soul can be made diverted to God`s path by emptying or vacumizing our mind from the thoughts which are not important and does harmful effects to our spiritual life. Whether this cleaning or vacumisation of mind is really possible by simple meditation? With love and affection Krishnaji
Guest guest
Dearest Krishnaji, There is nothing called as the mind.... The collection of thoughts is what we call as the mind... the moment thoughts cease... mind also ceases.... Actually... It is linked with our prana.... Try this.... Hold your breath and see what is happening... Thoughts will also stop. In my experience, there are a few ways of doing this 1. Find a Sad Guru... Sitting in the true Guru's shadow.. all your vasanas will burn out and the mind will become still. His energy will fast forward you by many births... But I know this is easier said than done... Actually the Sad Guru has to find you.. You can never find the guru.....We are too much in maya to actually find out. 2. Watch your thoughts... Detach yourself from them... do not judge them, do not fight with them. They will slowly die a natural death.... Set aside an hour every day and watch your thoughts... by and by you will understand that you are separate from youe body, thoughts and emotions.. This understanding will set you free. Just some thoughts Love Bala... On 9/1/07, Krishna <srcm_tdk wrote: >
