Mantra - Power of Sound - a doubt for pottri.

While going through this post I find it something new. Gurudeva, may I know the

meaning of this " pottri " and full explanation of the whole Shiva Mantra stated

here?. Humble Obeisances.

Because i felt while i was saying " Om Namashivaya pottri " . While

saying and after i finished saying, my whole body was shaking

continously.I was trying to control myself, i could not.I thought it

may be because of weekness of my health.
