My dear spiritual brother

I found your post on kundalini & very interesting. I am

experiencing most of what was in your post & had no idea that it could

be my kundalini. Now I feel quite concerned. I had been told in the

past that this was 'something not to be messed with' & it was best to

have someone who could guide you through the process of the kundalini

rising. How could this process have started by itself & what can I do

now to ensure I am guided in the correct way?

With love & good wishes.

Jan

Most of the sadhaka feel strange phenomenon and can not relate

to kundalini, hence i wrote this post.

Kundalini awakening is based on many factors such as

1- grace of God/Guru

2- Mantra Japa

3- Meditation

4- extreme grief

5- Last birth's sanskaras

6- herbal mixes.

While the sixth is missing in kaliyuga, anyone doing any of the

above, may feel these symptoms. These symptoms confirm that

Kundalini has awakened and started relieasing currents into the

system.

While releasing energy into the system slowly, is not at all

dangerous, yet since the sadhaka does not know it, he/she may feel

anxiety or fear. There is nothing to be afraid of. Kundalini if

awakens slowly, it is not at all harmful for the system.

However some Kriyas force open the kundalini, and this is

dangerous.... and these kriyas are not normally available in books.

When you feel such symptoms, be careful not to waste the energy

in negativity. The Energy tends to go downwards and has to be kept

flowing upward with difficulties.

Mantra Japa and some common pranayama exercises should be done

regularly so that the Energy is evenly distributed in the system.

This process is irreversible... Kundalini awakening is like a car

without brakes and without reverse gear. This process can not be

stopped and can not be reversed.

Sometimes such symptoms are also felt even when one is not doing

any sadhna, but due to awakening of last birth's Sanskaras. When

someone has done lot of sadhna in last birth, and is living a common

person now...then due to some grief or some bad relations or some

theft, or some great mental tensions, the Bad Karmas are spent and

suddenly good sanskaras come up...and kundalini starts awakening..

What ever is your case, regular sadhna is a must to continue this

process, otherwise the energy released will be spent in cleaning

chakras and further release may be delayed

Dear Farah,

on my web -page there is an article " Sadhna for beginners " .

although its name is for beginers, but it is very useful for all

sadhakas. This article has been written on the basis of practical

experiences of self and other fellow sadhakas. If you read it, you

will get many insights into the process of meditation.
