These are the details of my younger brother. He was a

in a relation which didn't go very well, now he doesn't want to

marry and wish to dedicate all his time to professional life.

My questions are:

+ Is there a probabilty that the current relation will patch up or

any chance of he marrying in future with someone else?

+ Should he go for higher studies in abroad(leading to business or

private sector job) or try for civil services(public sector)
