According to NASA, the Suryagrahan on July 22 is a `Total Solar Eclipse' and the Moon's umbral shadow on Sun begins in India and crosses through Nepal, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Myanmar, China and ends in the Pacific Ocean. As per traditional Hindu calendar July 22 is an Amavasi day – No moon day. This will be a Total Solar Eclipse in some parts of India. It will be a total solar eclipse in parts of Madhya Pradesh (Bhopal) and Bihar (Patna) in India. The total solar eclipse will last nearly four minutes — from 6.26 am to 6.30 am — when the sun will not be visible at all. It will be a partial eclipse in Mumbai, Bangalore, Ahmedabad, Delhi, Kolkata and Chennai. Usually, Hindus do not perform any work during Surya Grahan and they purify themselves by taking a bath and chants the Ashtakshara Mantra dedicated to Shri Krishna, Lord Vishnu and Shiva. vinit sinha 0 Report post Posted June 27, 2009 namaste everyone,, I have suggested to wear 1 mukhi rudraksha with 3 mukhi rudraksha and 8 mukhi rudraksha.One astroger told me to wear RUBY or POKHRAJ. I am very much confused. Anybody can help me for these thing. I am facing alot of problems in my life. earlier i was wore EMARALD with 3 mukhi rudraksh.
