rahu-mars period for mesha lagna-something to be concerned about?

Hi respected astrologers,

 

I am suffering from severe mental anguish and was told that it is because of rahu-moon period combined with ashtama sani(my lagna is mesha, raasi:makara, rahu in kataka with debilitated mars).I was told that by next feb i.e. 2010 feb I should be fine. (rahu-moon ends then)What I am concerned is I'll be having Rahu-mars period which I have heard is far worse. But astrologers are sticking to their point that I should be fine by next year. Also have been told my jupiter dasha would be fantastic(6th house jupiter with sun and saturn).

 

Ok coming to the straight to the point. Would my mental trauma as they suggest be gone by next year or should I be very concerned about rahu-mars period?
