North node conjuncts ascendant; Pls help

My ascendant is Gemini and Moon sign is Cancer

 

(Date of birth: 02/01/1983, Time: 16 hrs 30 mins,

Longitude: 88.20 E, Latitude: 22.30 N)

 

1. Rahu is situated in ascendant in my birth chart.

2. Venus and rahu are associated with ascendant in navamsa.

3. Rahu is placed in it's own star aridra and ketu in Moola

4. Saturn and Mars are exalted and Moon is in its own sign.

5. exchange of houses takes place between 5th lord venus ( situated in 8th house ) and exalted saturn,which is the lord of 8th and 9th house.

6. 7th lord jupiter is placed in 6th house.

7. 7th lord jupiter and ascendant lord are in sextile aspect.

 

Can anyone please let me know the effects of these combinations specially on family life, carrier, marriage, married life etc. Please help.

Since you r mithun lagna rahu is exalted in lagna general traits for rahu in lagna is it makes person to think lot in details and at the end the native ends up in confusion

There are many factor involved for eg placement of lagna lord and moon
