The Jupiter is 6th (diseases, enemies…) and Budh is 12th lord (lossess----) and this may give you some stress. After Jan 2010, the subperiod of Shani will come and you might see some changes. In my view, I do not find good reason for divorce and it is your choice what you decide because every one may have “freewill” more or less to do what they choose to do it.
