Few Queries regarding foreign residence 1. Does planet situated in 12th house / lord of 12th house play a vital role in Permanent Residency in a Foreign Country. What if they are debilitated or weak etc. 2. Does the planet having aspect on the 12th house also play a key role in it 3. How to find the period using any system ( Vismotari Dasha, KP system etc ) which could favorably lead to Foreign Residence.
