Plz Help Ghat Chakras Urgent

Hi friends, please analyse my Ghat Chakra and explain me what each sections signifies and tells it. So i can be aware of it and take precautions according to it. Below is the information:-

 

Month:- Posha

Day:- Wednesday

Yog:- Vyaghaat

Prahar:- First

Tithi:- 2,7,12

Nakshatra:- Anuradha

Karan:- Naag

Moon:- Second

 

Please tell me what this Yog, Prahar, Nakshatra, Karan and Moon siginifies in my case. Plz reply asap
