right time to do sandhyavandanam?

Respected Sirs,

 

What is the right time to sandhyavandanam in the evening?

 

In the summer sunset is usually around 8:30 or 8:45PM so is it okay to day sandhyavandanam at 6pm?

My spiritual master simply said, "morning, noon, and evening." Of course the sandhyas move, if you're using sunrise and sunset. But I don't see any harm in doing sandhyavandanam at 6:00, 12:00, and 6:00.
