I think it will make me a little bit more healthy and may be it can help someone else too. I bought Gravity Inversion Boots and today it arrived by FedEx. So if anyone interested I will update me using them and how it feels.

There are planty advantages listed for using Gravity Inversion Boots.

-Relieves Back and Joit Pain

-Improbes Posture

-Decompresses Discs and Joints

-Helps Prevent and Relieve Common Athletic Injurires

-Improves Circulation

-Increases Flexibility of Spine and Joints

-Helps Provide Nutrition to Poor Circulation Areas such as Discs. Joints and all Parts of the Head

-Relives Stress and Tension

I have a lot of problems with my spine cord, I had injuries in 2 places of my spine. My problem was I did some gymnastic as a kid, and I did some things wrong.

So I hope Gravity Inversion Boots will help to relive pressure on my joints especially in neck area. As I said if anyone want to know more, I will be using them every day now and I will give update.

For today, I use it for the first time and find out that I have to use it with my jeans or pants on, because when you trying to relise yourself back to the ground you need something to held on to reach the bar.

Here is a little udate, if anyone interested of course:) .

I am using gravity boots almost a week now. I hang myself for one minute and feel OK. In coulple weeks, I will increase time to 2 minutes.

My wife tried them once and become very red in the face while hanging and told me that she does not like to use them anymore.

As for me, I saw no visible difference so far, but deffinetly see the point of using them.

Your wife may like an inversion table better than the boots. With a table you can control the angle and instead of being 180 degrees can be say 45 degrees and still obtain much benefit.

Even a slant board leaned up on the side of the bed offers an extremely cheap and easy way to practice this and may be easier for her to take.

Just a thought.

Thank you for your input.

Actually maybe inversion boots a bit too much for me too. As I mention in the past, I had neck injury as a child and now after using gravity boots my neck did not like it much. Sometimes I hear not very pleasent noise then I turn my neck, and also just a slight pain.

So I stop hanging myself for a while untill my neck will be OK again. I did not expected this. I thought it is not big deal to hang up side down, but looks like it is too much when you had injury, like I had.

Doctors told me that my neck never will be healthy again, but they told me that exercises will make it better, I thought gravity boots will make it better. Now I think that, it could be a little too much for beginer as me so I will take it easy.

You can't levitate, but you can hang yourself up side down. It is quiet a strange feeling:) I did not know much about yoga, but when I had yoga calss in university, our instractor told us that it can be very beneficial for circulation of the blood.

Yes it especially good for the brain to get bath in nutrient rich blood. I learned in hatha yoga class that headstands are contraindicated for people with sinus problems or high blood pressure. I have chronic sinus problems so I avoided full headstands and stuck to shoulder stands as an alternative.

With you neck injury shoulder stands may not be good for you either. But a slant board would still be very benefical. Even just having your feet a few degrees higher than your head is wonderful.

I haven't done shoulder stands in years but I have a workout bench that allows me to do reverse sit ups and I like to lay on that with my feet up and practice relation for extended periods.

Reverses the blood flow and takes presure off the spine. It's the difference between a going over a waterfall and floating down on a gentle stream. It's sooo nice.

Put on a chanting tape and it becomes a nice meditation.
