There are literally TONS of active groups out there that could use support that are making real strides in animal protection/ vegan education. Read up on PETA, the truth, not some self financed look at me fluff piece. There is plenty of information out there and plenty of people who once supported them that are telling what they are really about. Cant forget the grat quote from PETA VP Mary Beth Sweetland who uses Insulin "I'm an insulin-dependent diabetic. Twice a day I take synthetically manufactured insulin that still contains some animal products--and I have no qualms about it." Sweetland adds, "I don't see myself as a hypocrite.
