Do Indian martial arts have yoga, meditation, pranyam, etc? Do they today use yogic methods for God realization, etc? I look forward to hearing from anyone. Sephiroth 0 Report post Posted November 7, 2007 I think Kerala is famous for Varma Kalai. Not sure anyone here is from Kerala.
