A Third Question

Om Namah Shivaya.

This question is from my own ignorance:

It seems to me that Amma is teaching an Advaita, rather than a two, or the human as separate from any Higher Power, way of thinking.

However, what I think that some of her devotees (and I am not worthy of licking the dust from their sandals, as the Persians say) believe in is a separateness from What Is. Am I wrong?

If I said "I am Amma, you are Amma, I am you" would that be considered

as blasphemy?

I see Amma's hug not only as a gift which is an expression of love;

but also as a reminder to remember who we are. I believe the hug is like a pebble tossed into a still pond: the ripples should spread to cover the entire surface and lap upon the shores.

Then, I may be entirely wrong about everything.

Thank you,

George
