10th lord to Virgo Asc. is Lagna lord - Mercury - well placed in 10 in your chart. 10th to 10th - ie. 7th is Pisces, whose lord is Jupiter, placed in 5th, neecha - with neecha bhanga, with 5th lord Saturn and Jupiter aspects Lagna. From Chandra lagna, 10th is Scorpio, whose lord is Mars, placed in Cancer, neecha - with neecha bhanga - in 6th from Chandra lagna.
