well she was destined to have a 2nd one which is happy than the 1st one so the 1st had to end as legally she cant have 2 marriages going it is more a Yoga than a dosha, but as law doesnt allow it -Desha, Kala, Paristhi makes it untenable to last.

 

this apart she will be better off in the 2nd marriage and children from it ALONE give her happiness.

 

21/5 to 4/7/08 is the right time she may be ready for the 2nd one and can happen.
