One of my friend is in deep trouble his stepbrother [elder] and his half-brother [younger] are seemly plotting to grab his properties. He does not possess their horoscopes. His birth info. Is as follows:-

D.O.B:23RD March 1958 @ 23.43.10 hrs,

P.O.B: 79 E 53, 11 N 56.

I request my Jyothish friends to throw some light that whether his above referred brothers would succeed in their attempts.If so when?

I think i am missing something. there is no indication of any cheating by

his brothers etc. On top of it, sorry to say so, the person does not seem to

be reliable.

 

Please confirm birth details. I am sure I am still missing something in

this, may be this is a complicated chart.

The 4th house is dagdha rasi. Lord Saturn in the house of Wealth. The Lord

of house of wealth in 12th with Rahu. Duplicate Yogi Mercury is debilitated

and with Avayogi. No grahas in the nakshatra of Yogi Jupiter. Looks like he

trusted his brothers too much. So by deceit the properties are in danger.

 

The situation isn't good with Rahu mahadasha. Mercury is too weak to help

out. Once Ketu antardasha starts there is likely to be relief. The

Gajakesari Yoga is the likely protection. He must hold fort till 22-04-2008

through prayers and mantra japa.

 

Ma Durgasaptshati chanting is a must as per my thinking. Vishnushastranama

chanting every wednesday and saturday is likely to bring relief.

I regret to inform that the birth information provided by the native is partly incorrect. Now I understand from his horoscope that his correct date of birth is 28th March 1958[with out any changes to the already given information as regards to time of birth and place of birth].

I once again apologize for having inadvertently given an incorrect date of birth and become instrumental for all your wasting up of time and energy.

Other available information d for what ever it is worth ;-

3rd July 1992 his mother expired.

29th November 1999 his father expired.

5th September 2003 his wife expired after giving birth to a male baby.
