Guest guest
I am also in full agreement with the view that the best way to quit smoking or drug-taking is meditation. Real meditation is very effective. One never again gets the urge to drink, smoke or take drugs. It has been the experience of thousands, nay hundreds of thousands of persons who were addicted but automatically went off the addiction. Unce you meditate correctly, you are in such a blissful state that you actually become impotent to do anything wrong or even to think of doing wrong. The spring of love, nay, universal love starts springing forth to take you to heavenly heights on earth itself. Even ATBSNR would help one to meditate instinctively but let me keep that tip for another day. Hari Om! S. M.
