In addition to various precautions, you can try the

most simple neck strething after taking a deep breath

as shown on YouTube link on the home page of

www.atbsnr.com and thereafter while getting up from

the bed as shown there only. If you make it a practice

of stretching that way when ever you get up from the

bed or a chair, you can keep away from any neck pain

throughout life. The same thing helps cure any

lingering cervical spondylosis and prevents it too.

Onc has just to see to believe such a simple cure for

most complicated spinal problems. ATBSNR helps

rejuvenate the entire spine and helps keep it in shape

efforlessly in future too as per my own experience and

extensive feedback from others. In case of any doubt,

please feel free to email me.

Wishing you speedy recovery

Hi John;

I've been advised the product called "Traumiel" homeopathic is very

nourishing to the tissues there - haven't gotten it myself yet but so

advised. Good time to address it well is now, otherwise about 10

years down the road it is common to have more serious degeneration

from the effect of damaged or stressed bone and connective tissues

become rather spongey, collecting metabolic wastes and toxins,

becoming much more difficult to "clean" and not responding to things

like massage and chiropractic. I find good quality MSM also helpful,

2X daily, along with the other recommendations posted.
