Hypertension and diabetes are twins!

So far i believed that diabetes leads to hypertension, but it appears

it is other way round with medication. it does not matter, whether you

have diabetes, or hypertension alone, death is always by a stroke or MI.

Thanks to all the folks onthis list that give such useful advice --

 

I'm not sure if this can be addressed in Ayurved-- a month ago I was in a

major car accident, hit from the side. Fortunately not a cut or visible

bruise, but MRI's show a bulge (not quite a herniation) between vertebrae

Cervical 2 and 3, upper neck.

 

Is there anything recommended for this? Taking collagen supplements and

the like - but wondering what ayurved may have that could help ...
